23 year old Ashli Bennett and her new husband, Denny Sparano, are on their honeymoon.
Ashli’s father is not happy about her marriage since she only met Denny last month. But….it was love at first sight and they did the deed.
Ashli will tell Denny about her wealth, but, that will come later.
In a the hotel bar late at night, Ashli spots an older man with glass like blue eyes, white hair, and craggy face drinking a martini and smoking a stubby cigar.
This man, Clay Davis, comes to their table, states that he is a “high stakes” gambler and asks Denny if he wants to make a bet?
Denny goes for it and decides to spend tomorrow night in a coffin in Davis’s room for $2,000,000!
The next day the checks for the money are in hand (Ashli’s)….and that night…..
