1983
Dmitri Garnitsky was a dissident in Moscow marked for death. One day, he was found by assassin Oleg Olenkov and his hired “wet” man assassin, Carnivore.
In the standoff that followed, Dmitri was saved by the Carinvore, escaped Russia and changed his life.
Now
Liz Sansborough, Ph.D. is attending a faculty meeting / party but her friend Arkady Albam has not yet arrived.
Fearing for his health, Liz leaves the party and heads to Arkady’s apartment to see if he is ok.
While she is driving, she thinks about her time as a CIA operative, and her assassin father.
Turns out….she will need all the skills she has learned, and learns a lot more about her dad:
